Phil,

I wanted to reach out to you regarding any remaining lodging needs that your family members may have for the Cannon family Reunion in August.

As a courtesy to you I wanted to let you know that we do have a bride considering that weekend, and there would be lodging involved. Therefore, should any of your family members still need to make lodging arrangements for your event I would advise them to make their reservation within the next day or so.  Your room block has dropped, but family members can definitely still call in and make a reservation should they need to do so.
